Open the program in the morning and the overview tells you what needs doing: who has expired, who expires this week, which certificates are missing, who is coming in today. With their phone number right there, so you can call.

Medical certificates
competitive or non-competitive, with their expiry date. The ones about to expire show up in the overview before they become a problem.
Schedule, classes and bookings
recurring classes by room and instructor, places and a waiting list, no-shows, personal training sessions, consultations and free trials. Day, week and month views, with clashes flagged.
In your language
the interface speaks fourteen languages, with dates, times and amounts in your country's format.

At risk
who books fewer classes than before, who trains less, who has not been seen for weeks, whose subscription is about to end with no renewal. An action list, not a chart to interpret.
A member who stops coming rarely tells you. Their bookings do, and Studio reads them for you.
Your athletes record runs, strength sessions, heart rate and measurements with the free cronowiz app. In Studio you import their backups and read them with the same maths as cw·dashboard, for every athlete you coach.

the archive is a file in the program's folder. A full backup is made from the settings and restores exactly as it was.

Works without internet
the licence never needs the network: after you buy it, the program works offline too.
Our server only receives what the licence needs: an anonymous fingerprint of the computer. Members, subscriptions and training never leave the gym.

No. You pay once and it is valid forever on the major version you buy, with all its updates: no renewals, no fee, and the program never stops working. Your data stays on your computer and you can export it whenever you like.

Yes, with a licence for each computer: the gym PC holds the data and the others connect to it as workstations, also from home over a VPN. A licence moves to another computer by itself up to three times, from the previous computer while it is online.
It is the first number of the version: if you buy with 1.x you get every 1.1, 1.2 update and so on, forever. The next major version is sold separately, and the one you have keeps working.
To buy and to move the licence to another computer, yes. Otherwise the program always works offline.
The licence is activated immediately at your request, so it carries no right of withdrawal for a change of mind; the legal guarantee still applies if the program does not work as described.
