Cosa si acquista
Una licenza d'uso di cronowiz Studio per un computer, in due forme: l'abbonamento mensile oppure la licenza perpetua con un solo pagamento. Il prezzo è quello indicato nella pagina di pagamento, gestita da Stripe.
Dopo il pagamento l'app si attiva da sola. La ricevuta e la fattura arrivano all'indirizzo email indicato al pagamento.
Abbonamento mensile
Si rinnova ogni mese finché non viene disdetto. Si disdice in qualunque momento da «Gestisci abbonamento» nell'app: resta valido fino alla fine del periodo già pagato e poi non si rinnova.
Licenza perpetua
- Vale per sempre sulla versione principale acquistata (per esempio tutta la versione 1: 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 e così via), con tutti i suoi aggiornamenti. Una versione principale successiva si acquista a parte.
- Funziona senza collegamento a internet. È legata a un computer alla volta.
- Si può spostare su un altro computer al massimo tre volte in tutto. Il trasferimento parte dal computer su cui la licenza è attiva, che deve essere collegato a internet: quel computer si disattiva e mostra un codice da inserire sul computer nuovo. Senza il computer di prima collegato il trasferimento non si può fare.
- Non è disponibile per chi ha un abbonamento attivo.
Diritto di recesso
- Licenza perpetua: il consumatore chiede espressamente l'attivazione immediata e riconosce di perdere il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni (art. 59, comma 1, lettera o, del Codice del Consumo), spuntando la casella apposita prima di pagare. La conferma è riportata nella fattura. Non sono previsti rimborsi per ripensamento.
- Abbonamento mensile: il consumatore può recedere entro 14 giorni dal primo pagamento scrivendo a info@ypt.ai.
Garanzia di conformità
Per i consumatori resta la garanzia legale di conformità dei contenuti digitali (artt. 135-octies e seguenti del Codice del Consumo). Se l'app non funziona come descritto, scrivi a info@ypt.ai: il primo rimedio è rimetterla in conformità, con un aggiornamento o un intervento; se non è possibile, una riduzione del prezzo o la risoluzione del contratto.
Chi acquista per la propria attività professionale (con partita IVA) non è un consumatore: per lui non valgono il recesso e le tutele del Codice del Consumo.
Dati
Per la licenza il servizio usa solo un'impronta anonima del computer e i dati che Stripe raccoglie per il pagamento. I dati degli atleti e della palestra restano sul computer e non vengono inviati.
Legge e foro
Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori è competente il giudice del luogo in cui risiedono; negli altri casi il foro di Caltanissetta.

What you buy
A licence to use cronowiz Studio on one computer, in two forms: the monthly subscription or the perpetual licence with a single payment. The price is the one shown on the payment page, run by Stripe.
After payment the app activates on its own. The receipt and the invoice are sent to the email address given at payment.
Monthly subscription
It renews every month until cancelled. Cancel at any time from «Manage subscription» in the app: it stays valid until the end of the period already paid and then does not renew.
Perpetual licence
- It is valid forever for the major version purchased (for example the whole of version 1: 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and so on), with all its updates. A later major version is sold separately.
- It works without an internet connection. It is tied to one computer at a time.
- It can be moved to another computer at most three times in total. The transfer starts from the computer where the licence is active, which must be connected to the internet: that computer is deactivated and shows a code to enter on the new computer. Without the previous computer online the transfer cannot be done.
- It is not available to customers with an active subscription.
Right of withdrawal
- Perpetual licence: the consumer expressly requests immediate activation and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)) by ticking the box before paying. The confirmation is stated on the invoice. No refunds are given for a change of mind.
- Monthly subscription: the consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the first payment by writing to info@ypt.ai.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers keep the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770). If the app does not work as described, write to info@ypt.ai: the first remedy is bringing it into conformity, with an update or a fix; if that is not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Buyers acting for their business are not consumers: withdrawal and consumer protections do not apply to them.
Data
For the licence the service only uses an anonymous fingerprint of the computer and the data Stripe collects for the payment. Athlete and gym data stay on the computer and are not sent.
Law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For consumers the court of their place of residence has jurisdiction; in all other cases the court of Caltanissetta.
