Gamification

Gamification tied to work you actually did

Most fitness gamification rewards attendance. You open the app, you get a badge, and the badge means nothing by the second week.

cronoWiz home screen: a mosaic of the Strength, Cardio, Tools, Settings, Progress and Diary sections

The version that keeps working rewards the training itself, and stays honest when the training does not happen. cronoWiz gives experience for completed sessions weighted by what they were, closes three daily rings for calories, distance and sessions, and tracks a streak that decays on a realistic curve instead of resetting to zero the first time life gets in the way.

The 3D worlds sit on the same principle. Gems collected while running unlock alternative looks — a winter forest, a rainy neon city, a deeper marine biome — so the reward is cosmetic and the effort behind it is real. Nothing in the progression is purchasable, because there is nothing to buy.

There is no leaderboard and no social graph. Racing happens against a recorded ghost of your own past run, against a friend through a challenge file, or against a pacer that never tires — never against a ranked list of strangers.

  • Experience from sessions

weighted by what you actually did, not by launching the app.

  • A streak that decays

a realistic curve rather than an all-or-nothing reset.

  • Cosmetics earned by running

gems from 3D sessions unlock looks; none of it is for sale.

  • Competition without an audience

your own ghost, a friend’s challenge file, or an AI pacer.

Free. Private. Yours.

No account. No server. No cookies. Just you, your phone, and an app that minds its own business. cronoWiz is a free PWA that runs entirely on your device — your data never leaves. Ever.

The questions people actually ask

Is there a leaderboard?

No, and there will not be one. A public ranking needs an account, a social graph and a server, and cronoWiz has none of the three.

Can I compete with a friend?

Yes, in two ways. Live, if you are both moving now, through a direct room with a shared code. Or asynchronously: you pack a route and its pace into a challenge file, they open it, and you become the ghost they chase.

Can I buy the cosmetics?

No. There is no in-app purchase of any kind. The only way to unlock them is to collect gems while training.
