cronoWiz is an app for planning and tracking physical activity. Plans, suggestions and guidance are generic and informational and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or prescription.

Before You Start

  • Consult a physician before beginning any training program, especially if you are over 35, have been sedentary for a long period, are pregnant, or have or have had cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, joint or other medical conditions.
  • If you take medication or have any doubt about your health, seek professional advice before using the app.

During Activity

  • Exercise within your limits and with proper technique. The app provides general guidance and cannot assess your individual condition.
  • Stop immediately and seek medical help if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, irregular heartbeat, abnormal joint or muscle pain, or any other discomfort.
  • Warm up before activity, cool down afterwards, and stay hydrated.

Data and Devices

  • Heart rate, distance, calories and similar values are estimates and may be inaccurate. They must not be used for medical or diagnostic purposes.
  • cronoWiz does not collect or transmit your app data to external servers. Your app data remains on your device unless you choose to export, share or connect it.

Limitation of Liability

Use of cronoWiz is at your sole responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, the developers disclaim any liability for injuries or damages arising from use of the app or from performing suggested workouts.
